Return Policy
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on transfers. You are responsible for using the correct equipment and following the detailed instructions I provide with each order. You are also responsible for using the correct sublimation products/garments, again a detailed list is provided for you. Any user error is your responsibility. I will not refund or reship transfers because of user error. You will receive a detailed instruction sheet for application with lots of tips and tricks. I have been sublimating successfully for years. I am also available for assistance, if you have any questions once you receive your order.
